Cardstock vs foam

Question: Master Cheif Build

I've printed out and started cutting a template for a cardstock build but we have decided to go with a foam build instead. The pieces for the card stock are really thin and small. Should I reprint for the foam bios or can I salvage the already cut out pieces for a foam build?

you can definitely salvage. I would actually suggest pepping it, and then cutting the pep to custom-make your own templates. it works super well.

I'm with Blackwell on this. If you assemble the helmet and then cut templates from that, you'll get something that looks better than standard foam-pepping
