helmet sizing is good on small head. using 5mm foam to build. adding details.
so, I scaled it to like 105% for the smaller height.

I was testing the blue paint on the helmet to see how it looks. I used foam clay to fill in the seams after using hot glue. still working on sanding the clay down to make it clean and smooth. I have a Demarlo tool.

That chest piece and stomach part look quite nice!
What kind of paint are you using? I noticed on your paint test that there's a few visible brush strokes. Are you using any primer or just going straight on to the foam?
Also, one other question; do you have access to a Dremel or rotary tool? If you can find one with a sanding bit you'll be able to get those cuts as clean as the factory ones.

yes, I have a Dremel too for the helmet for sanding. paint is acrylic base blue that I was testing right onto the foam. I will use plastic dip for the main coat. then adding the blue spray paint over that. I'm trying my best with cleaning up hot glue on seams with foam clay too for all my parts. Still learning with foam builds for beginner.
