Chest Suggestions

anyone got a suggestion on any method on connecting the small piece on the bottom to of the chest?

well maybe you should finish the chest first

If you're referring to the ab plate, technically it is not attached, but everybody does it. I taped mine in place from the back, resined the outside with about 3 layers, removed the tape, then fiberglassed it in place. The only trick is, you have to get it lined up pretty well or else it will be driving into your gut. If you have any other questions, just ask. We were all new at some point.
