Helmet Start and Progress.

OK i think im making good progress. Started making the helmet almost two hours ago and this and a few other simple pieces are what i have accomplished so far.

OK i need help peeps, Im finished with my helmet and should be able to upload some pics tomorrow along with pics of the Gauntlet for one of my friends i finished and a thigh piece and a hip piece. I havent been updating lately because my computer is shot so im using a friends. But Im having trouble sizing my chest, do i measure across underneath my arms or from my neck down to my mid section? I dont know, Can anybody lend a hand?

What i do to scale my chest piece is measure my depth (front of the chest to the back) However!!!! Add in a few cm because you will need room for padding plus you do not want it to fit like a glove. Also make sure you can put your head through the neck hole. To not waist paper, print out the parts you need for the collar, if your head goes through nicely print out the rest.

Thanks man Sure helped. i already have printed it out lol although im gonna print out the collar on regular paper and make it and if my head doesnt fit then im gonna just lip the pages over that i have printed on and print on the blank side !!

Helmets Done!!

Ok Guys here it is after 38 (Give or take) Hours of Painstaking work. I have finally finished my helmet !! Now that adds to a total of Four pieces Finished. (Helmet, Left Thigh, Right Arm. One Hip Plate.) Moving onto the Shin and Foot Next. Expect to see More Progress Pics in Two To Three Days. And I Plan On Getting Some Better Pics Taken Soon with a Digital Camera of The Remaining Progress so wish me luck!

Ok guys here is a shin i started working on from different angles and such plus a pic of how it goes with the thigh. If you look and notice i changed the shin i had chosen to make.

Yes that i have forgotten, the bicep that is anyway lol. I did add it into my build but i have not changed the image sketch i whipped up yet. Thanks for the reminder!
