Hi there and welcome! Your build sounds great, can't wait to see it!

As mentioned above, your pictures aren't appearing.
If you're having trouble just go to http://imgur.com/ and upload there, as far as I'm aware it requires no registration.
Once your picture is uploaded, right click it and click "Copy image URL/address" and paste it in the IMG codes. :)

Little update i do the left forearm

Looks like you're off to a good start with the fore-arms. Are you using pepakura as a template or scratchbuilding?
I think your photobucket is set to private, as I'm not able to view the pictures using the link your provided in the first post, but I can see the pics you've just posted.

Thanks for the photobucket info now i'm going to adjust the profile options on photobucket. I'm using pepakura as template because i'm not very good at scratchbuilding :)

No shame in that, scratchbuilding is hard!
Your chestpiece looks great, glad you got the pictures working. Looks like a nice fit too.
What method will you be using for this build? Will you be fibreglassing/bondo-ing the chest? Or is the cardboard a base for you to cover in foam?

I think i will cover the cardboard base with foam

That's a good idea, I'd do the same, If you used resin/bondo for the chest you'd probably need to go with a fibreglass inside, which could be problematic when dealing with carboard, I'd personally reccomend using a thin layer of foam (About 2-3mm maybe?) and evenly covering the surface of the cardboard as game-accurately as possible, using more foam cutouts to add details.

Quick tip: On your forearms I can see alot of folds in the foam, (this will also apply to the chest) if you use a heatgun you can make the foam flexible, allowing for curves and bends, when the foam cools, it will turn solid again.

If you don't have a heatgun you MIGHT be able to pull it off with a hairdryer and alot of patience.

(Some people also score the inside of the foam with a knife or soldering iron to make folding the foam easier.)

when i downloaded the recruit helmet i saw this. why some parts are missing? can someone give me a little help?

I don't recall any missing parts from the recruit helmet, but there are some pieces (like those on the bottom middle page you are showing) that are meant to be glued on top of the other pieces to add detail. It is done this way because those details are too small or thin for normal pep methods to be practical.

Also, the patterns for those pieces (called "floating faces") are typically transferred to a thicker material like craft foam or mat board.

Sorry if i'm not posting these days but i have to study a lot at school. next week i start again to post updates :rolleyes
