I must admit I am not totally happy with it but like I said it's just a temp visor till I get the vacuum formed one done, it will do for now.

Apart from the little bits that go in the visor corners its just tech and padding left. I am trying to work out a cleaver way to make the light windows. I have a few ideas so will start tests out soon and document them "properly". I did do a video of forming the visor but didn't take into account that my oven door was open right in the way of the camera 0_o

Need to add the details into the corners still but it's getting there.
