Emerald Coast Con Nov 18-19 Fort Walton Beach Florida

Greetings Spartans and Helljumpers!

Fireteam Poseidon is at it again! In November we will be attending Emerald Coast Con (An Awesome Little Con On The Emerald Coast!) in Fort Walton Beach, Fl. The event is held from November 18-19 and is a video gaming focused convention. During this event we will be hosting a booth and holding a charity raffle benefiting the Special Operations Warrior Foundation (http://specialops.org/). The Special Operations Warrior Foundation is a non-profit that focuses on the families of special operations members who have lost their lives in the line of duty. They provide educational benefits to the families who are left behind as well as immediate financial assistance to lessen the burden of losing a loved one. This is an excellent cause that we can support which hits close to home for those of us in the Gulf Coast, with our large Special Operations presence.

The team is back from Emerald Coast Con. We raised over $100 for Special Operations Warrior Foundation and introduced many people to the 405th ID! It was a great event, can't wait for the next one.
