hey guys i bought an eva helmet from ebay and i fixed it up now all i gotta do is install the visor the fans and pad it and im set i just need help with the visor and ideas on how to make an eva visor

If the visor you cut out is already reinforced, you can use it to make a visor using some plastic and a vacuformer to make a visor. If it isn't hardened, you need to do that before anything else. If you look around the site, you should be able to find some instructions on how to make a vacuformer.

just that the vacum forming is kinda expensive because you have to buy wood, a saw if you don't already have one, sheets of plastic, and a vacum if you don't already have one
or you can ask someone on the site to vacum form a visor for you, just you either have to send them your visor or tell them the scale of the helmet so they can print out and make the visor
another way could be to heat up the sheet of plastic and when it gets hot just stretch it over the helmet and have your glue gun ready and hot glue the inside
