Okay, i'll go first- Mine is Neon Genesis Evangelion.
its violent, confusing, and amusing, plus is way better than gundam

Yaw, there's many anime fans here.
I'm a big Full Metal Alchemist/Ghost in the Shell/Ghibli fan. I'm currently in the middle of watching a series called Planetes which so far is proving to be really good.

I would add that I'm watching Full Metal Panic atm.
My favorite is a toss-up between Full Metal Alchemist and Ghost in the Shell. Ghost in the Shell probably just wins it but only because I've known it longer.
