ODST armor update

I started with my first armor!! :D

No seriously, I started with it first, because I've got plenty of weapons, and if I want some finished armor somewhere around March (use google-translator), I really need to start to build something...

so I started with Kirrou's ODST tester helmet, to see if it fits..., and although it's a tester, I'm very pleased with it...

Only 8 parts (of 43) remain, which is basically the rim-part-thingy in the neck, and the left... uhm... thingy... If I said they are on the same location as the Flashlights on the Mjolnir Mk VI, you know what I mean right...? :confused

Look for yourself!

And this was during test-fitting when I wasn't even half-done with it... :rolleyes

So far it fits great!, I think I don't even need to scale it,
It might look a bit small, but that's thanks to my amazing and irresistible hair style I like to call "Is it already half past one?", on the other hand...
It might look a bit big, but it needs some padding or foam inside when I have finished it... for "comfort's" sake.

I really like the portal radio :p
Thanks!! Not many people try peps from portal :(, I still have a security camera pep lying around somewhere though :)

I heard the brute shot is reallly tough.
Yeah, I heard that too :(, but hey, what's a Challenge without a capital C :cool

I was looking into a battlerifle. Go with the BR :p
Aside to the ODST... I'm working on the BR, although I don't have anything to show of it just yet :) (Epic secret-ness)

So please keep posting, I really like to have people's opinions on the projects!
even about the 5 finished ones that can be found back up in this Thread, or that can be found by clicking the links in my signature.

Talk to you on my next update!

the proper scaling for an odst is your mouth should be visible in the visor, but at the very bottom. You might want to increase the scaling though, unless you want ti use "is it already half past 1?" for your padding. Looks pretty good though,

Finished ODST Helmet Tester

I finished the tester, so this is just a quick-and-short update :D

This is the result:

And this is during test-fitting:

Mouth is visible... at the very bottom. :) and "is it already half past 1?" will be squashed under the padding... know that it's finished... Do you think the scale is far off? :confused
