i used a glue i had, nylon straping and some eva foam that i bought for this suit. im getting some rivits and washers on the weekend to re-enforce the joint

the fit is good i think it might be a little wide but its not to bad

and i have a tote now to store it all in just waiting on my decals to be printed and then ill show that off

I've printed the activation index as a helmet stand for my halo helmets but I want to make it sucre any ideas? I'm adding some clear acrylic to the center and sanding the back so the leds on the inside are a smother blue

So I have all of the main armour peaces printed and now.... for the long process of sanding them all and priming

the eleit skull is being bound in fax leather and rope for a replacement shoulder peace taking strong inspiration from destiny 2 young Ankara

No the locus helmet is off of thingyvers and I can't remember where I got them but it took some work to peace the parts back together in blender the legs are off another armour set

its been a while but starting tuesday i will be back on the build life took over and the suit had to go on the back burner but the under suit has arivied now to add the plating to that and contiune on with the paint work on the outer armour plating

So slightly different from the rest of my armour but I've almost finished my partners energy sword 2 things left to do it paint the hilt and attach the blades but I want the blades to be easily removable for storage and transport does anyone have any suggestions?

Gotta love the build volume of the neptune 4 max it's allowed me to print the shoulder peace in one hit View attachment 345627 only issue with this print is i had to change the filament towards the end View attachment 345628

Mines the elegoo neptune 4 msx I love it and it's able to one shot most helmets

So after a while of trying to figure out how to connect the two halfs of my chest peaces I ended up using toggle latches and they worked wonders

I also added the fan to my helmet so now I can keep my head cool it's a life saver
