Yeah, any more updates? I need to get my girlfriend into this to get a matching outfit. You put a lot of detail into planning aswell. I noticed your frags. I'm not good at building things entirely from scratch and mainly use found objects. Like for my frag I used a tennis ball, chain, screws and pvc piping etc.

Anyway look forward to more pics. Might start getting some references!

I saw your frags and they were not bad at all. A bit rough on the edges but with more planning I know they would be SPOT on.

HEY EVERYONE!!!! It sure did suck 405th being down. When I saw it was up again I was in class so I have been seeing peoples progress from school. As for mine...I have been really busy with work and school. I havent had a chance to take pictures but I will hopefully next week of the bondo-ing stage/sanding. Im kinda nervous about it because I really dont wanna lose detail. I have ordered the retro lancer (with my gamestop points) but true to my character, she is suppose to have the first MK Lancer (chainsaw) cheapest I found though is still like 167-200+ (I want one sooooo bad :-( ....)

What I have done is ordered the gloves Pony Sent me a link for..i got them and I Love them!

I need a Webbed/Mesh like material but I have the Bigger Issue that it is on the Thighs and Hips

I saw these and thought eh..similar but not such a big price tag

(Plus, This is for dudes as well so It seems it'd be a little weird)

Looking good so far. The pants do look good but yeah I can understand the price tag and the fact that they are for guys. I have the same issue finding something perfect for a build and its for guys but hey there's always a way to make them work

Okay So Now that I have built the Saddle Bags it was time to finish sewing and Paint

After that I decided to craft out of foam the round land mine looking thing that s on the saddle bag

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix the minor gaps???

Also, I know what you're thinking, why is there a hole at the bottom. This is Why:

I will run red LEDS into the tops. (four to be exact)

To Re-Cap (UNCAP>lol hahaha im funny) ON the grenades I made. I took off the sides and drilled holes into them

On eBay I bought these "light up shoe laces" paid $1.25

I ran the clear plastic through the holes

When the lights are attached the color runs through the clear plastic

I then ran the plastic through the saddle bag

The light up shoelaces are a brilliant idea =D

As for filling the gaps in the foam seams, Foam users use an adhesive caulk and spread it in the gaps, then just run your finger along to smooth it out =] It'll harden up and will also help hold it together a bit more.
