This is driving me nuts... I cant find the download link anywhere for the chest pep. all the links are either broken or incomplete files. The last file I saw [a few pages back] had the 3D model but no pep cuts/guidelines.

Can someone help me by supplying a link?

BlueManiac, please don't raise dead threads for that. If the last post is more than a month ago, let alone nearly two years, please just PM one of the posters of the links. That said, a fair portion of these files can be found elsewhere, such as the Halo Pepakura wiki. Alternatively, you could always try your hand at unfolding the parts yourself, if all you can find is files needing unfolded.
