Wow.... just wow. I would seriously consider selling my soul for one of these. Amazing work.

Well, just let me draft a proper contract for that, I'll get Lee's signature on it and you can can do the same in your own blood. I'll witness it, and it'll be a done deal, then :D lol

P.S.: I'm thinking we should probably get a chicken sacrifice in there to finalize it.

its so beautiful... from the vid it looks like there would be room for batteries in the main body, but i suppose once you get the other circuit board in there.... how many batteries does this need? maybe you could get them to fit behind the camera in that front tube?

I would imagine each part (remember, there were two pieces to th set) would take two "AA" batteries, like most devices. Though Lee will probably come up with a more sustainable power source for the scope.

On the dotted line, of course:lol:

It actually takes 6 AA for the monitor board and 4 AA for the camera board. That is why I was looking at putting them in the main body of the SR.

I will have some pics or video tonight to show some of the setup inside.

ahh that seems to be an issue... i never would of guessed so many batteries... i thought in this modern day, things were energy efficient, and used less batteries?

Damn man, that's crazy! Lol, much better way to watch your babies. Now how am I going to make my Laser Tag gun compare with this? I can dream though, can't I?

*Choke* *Gasp* *Cough* ;)

That is freakin' fantastic, buddy! I didn't expect you'd have that much done already, lol. I love how you've made it all modular, too. Makes the whole thing a lot easier to repair if need be. That'll make an amazing addition to your SR. Top notch work! :not worthy:

Buffalo Wild Wings, anyone?

But yeah, awesome job with this weapon, Lee! I'm a little late in joining the thread and I wish I was here from day 1, but man this is nice! I wouldn't have thought of woodwork for a weapon, the most technical I've gotten was custom formed hot glue using heated knives and covering some of it with fiberglass/resin...lol not the prettiest stuff. But this... Nice job on it!

That wouldn't involve adhering 1/16" to 1/8" strips of poplar wood to the exterior by any chance, would it? ;)
