Under ten pounds LoL. That's light! I attached the decal and stencil designs I used to finish mine. They are scaled to the full-size 38.3 inch Halo Encyclopedia specs. Hopefully they will be useful to you. I am loving seeing this come together.

No problem. I can send individual graphics if you need. The best color match I found for the game model is Tamiya Color TS-28 'Olive Drab 2'. I applied decals over that then used an automotive catalyzed clear over that for toughness. Lasted 4 years of play before I had to redo it. Not happy with current color (not Tamiya) and finish that I applied in May.

I had pretty good results with a gray basecoat and then using Vallejo Surface Primer US Olive Drab 70608. It's fairly close to the more brown tones of Reach but could work as a mix for H3.

Ooh thank you for the advice ! I may have to look into that !

That is super awesome, I wonder how many more creative thing like that you can do in the future, good job!
That’s a really cool build and it looks great! Can’t wait to see what you do in the future. Great work you’ve done.

Been slow, did some filling, sanding, and threw on a coat of primer, gonna let it cure, do some more filling, sanding, and another coat of primer, then I will be able to begin basecoating, masking, colors, and the weathering ! Will update once its ready for basecoating

Its done. There are some minor issues but overall I am really happy with how it turned out. Solid as a rock, good weight, good size, and feels awesome. I purposely left off the text bits...
