This is so boss, man. Very smooth, very detailed, weathered perfectly, and best of all, the magnets are so fantastic; a really great way to manage if the helmet needs to be smaller than the biggest area of your head.
A++, sir.
All im thinking about while your doing this is that one line from Red vs. Blue this whole build. Great work on that helmet though im actually doing the back off method on my mark vi helmet because its the perfect size and its the only way it will fit so thank you for leading me to that video
Thanks guys, it means a lot that you like what I've done here.
And your welcome for showing the back-off mod, it really "holds it together" as far as aesthetic goes. Oh and I think I'm gunna really like the Locus guy from RVB.

how did you managed to see through the visor? i know, you cut out the visor from the raw cast and then installed it back with some magnets... but why? where is the "yeah i can view through my visor" point iam looking for ^^
but i love the great paintjob ^^
I haven't done it yet. I'm still figuring out the clear visor and testing first. If I can get my tests to match pretty closely to the existing paint I'll install the clear visor and post more pics. It'll be a bit though, I'm busy with work and I'm not in town starting today.
