I am about six foot even and the default on the paper pep files at least fit me very well.

Art Andrews The current .Zip files only contains some of Rhinoc's "HD" Mark V files, the attached .zip files contains all of Rhinoc's
HD" Mark V pep files.

Newbie here. Do I need to worry about the angle at which I cut the foam on these patterns? Working with 1/2 inch thick foam.

This may not be as helpful as you were hoping, but it really depends. I've not built this, but there are ways you can adjust the angles to get what you need/want. Especially the inner bevels to make various angles, if it's off you can make plenty of adjustments. If you're really concerned about getting the angle "just right" and you have Armorsmith, on the pattern layout you can select "Show Edge Angles" to true and get an estimate of the angle between two edges.

Personally, as a "newbie" I wouldn't worry too much about it and do what works for you. You're learning, and a lot of that will come from trial and error.

I’m new to this forum. Is there any way i could find these models in .obj format for 3d printing?
We do not have the .OBJ files for the Original CE Mark V in the armory, however, I believe you should be able to export the .PDO files as .OBJ if you have the paid version of Pepakura Designer. It is possible that that the ArmorSmith program can also export .PDOs as .OBJ files.

Other than those two paid pieces of software there are several "Free" (Ad Heavy/Ad Supported) sites and programs that claim to be able to do it, but Pepakura and ArmorSmith are well vetted and trusted programs in the community and well worth the cost.
