I'm aiming to have it finished within a fortnight, a friend of mine is throwing a charity event and he seems to think a guy dressed as a Spartan with a bucket marked "change" will raise some money.

Begun the coating in "Jesmonite" a few days ago. I'm assured it's the UK equivalent of Aqua Resin. So far (after a few hick-ups) it's all going pretty spiffingly.

I'm curious, is this "Jesmonite" sandable? Or do you have to put bondo on it to smooth it out? I noticed it's bumpy...

It's sandable, and so far sanded they don't look to bad, I've yet to add bondo though!
