How do I use this file,

You download the .Zip file by clicking the ornage download button at the top right of the page. Then you extract the contents of the .Zip file using one of a variety of free programs to do so. The you open the individual .PDO files in Pepakura designer or Viewer, or another program like ArmorSmith.
