I am still in the making of the Halo Reach Scout Helmet , but it will be Jun's. I have been using all sorts of materials such as Fiberglass and bondo which is really popular, cardboard,paper mache,clay, foam, and chaulk. It is really time consuming and fun.

Sanded, Filled with wood filler, and paper mache for extra strenth, also cut out the detail parts
