oh man this is looking so good. I cant wait to get back to assembling pieces.
I know this must be a lot of work and stuff, and I don't mean to be a pest, but I'm just wondering why a piece this small is taking over 1 mo nth to make... SOrry if I sound rude, but Ireally want to get my asrmor finished in HD pep, but I dunno, if its taking this long for just the biceps, how long would the forearms and thighs and claves and underwear piece take

The alternatives to Robo doing it are either doing it yourself, finding it already done somewhere, or finding someone else to do it. I mean this in the most factual way possible. You can rule out it being found somewhere already done- it hasn't to the greater knowledge of pretty much everyone here.
However, if you're eager enough to sit down and take the time and put in the effort to get it done, that's not a bad route.
Another option is to offer bounties or organize donations. Money is a great motivator.

i only managed to get a good amount of stuff done cuz the rest of my life slowed down for a bit. now its backt to top speed, im sure its the same for robo.
if your realy stuck try HERE.
im sure it wont be too long, besides theres plenty of models to keep you ocupied for the moment

Vrogy summed it up pretty well.
The main reason that this is taking so long is that this is a HOBBY. I work on the models in my spare time. Plus there are some parts that aren't cooperating very well. If you don't like it, then make the models yourself (that's what I did).
Now, I am getting very close to finishing the bicep. I'm going to post a new render later today. I just need to finish up one small part.

And you also have to think of the fact that he can only do this at school. So he is only there 5 days a week. Then you have to think of that thing called school work. School comes first. Then play.

I've posted a new render in the first post. I'm going to post an unsmoothed render later, but it takes over 2 hours to render a 12 frame animation

Well stop rendering with global illumination ya silly
just drop a decent 3 point lighting setup in there and render it all in like 30 seconds

I've been thinking about that lately. I guess I don't have any plans to continue the models this summer. I can't because I don't own 3ds Max, and don't have the money to buy it. I'll probably just work on folding some pep, and finish a suit or something.TwitchFMX8811 said:

I hate slow processors XD 12 hours is nuts for a render XD
FS also uses Max. I didn't even think about you not being able to model when school ends for you either. I don't really think about school that much anymore since I don't have it anymore. I'll check around for something that you could use as a substitute.TwitchFMX8811 said:
