Help Please - Paint not sticking

I'll try that next time, but unfortunately that doesn't help me right now because I already painted the whole costume

Oh, yeah, that's sucks, wish I know how to help with that predicament, hmmmm maybe spray varnish

Final update: This didn't work

I now have to sand the entire costume back down to the foam and repaint the whole thing. Fml
