Here we go again, or starting a USNC Marine cosplay

So originally I was working on a H3:ODST ODST cosplay but then I moved, so I figured why not start fresh with a classic UNSC Marine to refresh my skills then go from there. Ideally I plan on using foam primarily and will update as I'm able to in this thread.

Oh definitely that's why it'll be my core material. I'm very excited for this build.
