His and Her MJOLNIR Mark IV Spartan Armor

So as you can tell I am going to making Mark IV (Mark 4) Spartan armor from Halo Wars with my girlfriend
This is going to be a foam build with the exception of the helmets. My plan is to have them finish around January. As of now I'm scaling and converting the pep files into foam template's. We will most likely be starting be starting construction in a few weeks, until then see all of you soon

So today I'm going to be converting pep files into foam templates and unfolding the helmet file I got :unsure its the most accurate helmet I found in the file archive. So here's the helmet

And here's all the unfolding that needs to be done :,(

Ooh boy, that's a lot of polys. I don't really know anything about converting templates to foam, but my experience with pepakura is enough to guarantee you that making that would be a real pain in the ass.

Are you making the headcase out of foam? That would be something to see. What thickness? Certainly you couldn't capture that kind of detail with half-inch EVA and still have room for your head?

That is insane dude, i dont understand pepakura enough to see why those tiny pieces even need to be there! surely it cant impact it that much im guessing, good luck with the build!
