So I tryed to use resin and a slush cast to harden a rubber halloween mask, and I leardned (the hard way) that rondo and resin doesn't stick to rubber! Can some one help me here? I need a way to harden this mask!

Its funny because you actually accomplished one of the best solutions by accident. Use the rondo and fiberglass to take a cast of he mask, there's your hard copy.
