How Many Times Have You Done It?

been playing some halo lately and was wondering how many times have you played the games from start to finish without skipping any levels.

Halo finished once (mainly because i skip the last part (the warthog dash part))
Halo 2 finished three times
Halo 3 finished once (multiplayer) wish i had a 360

Finished Halo 1 at least 10 times. (I'm a modder, I look for details. )

Finished Halo 2 twice.

Finished Halo 3 around 4 times.

Iv'e finished Halo twice because I always get lost on the first encounter with the flood.

Iv'e finished Halo2 11 times because I like the story.

Iv'e finished Halo3 once because I just never got around to playing it much.

Halo 3 about 15 times

My little brother about two summers ago was home alone during the day and he didn't have a job and with no one else around he played halo 2 campaign everyday all day (we didn't have XBL at the time). I would say that all together he beat the game over 100 times easly. Him and I will still go back and play through the campaigns occasionally.

Halo 2-3 or 4 times. The cliff hanger at the end p!$$#& me off.

Halo 3-almost 26 times. Working on beating Cortana on legendary again...

i know what you mean the arbiter bits are a pain because all you ever get is the carbine and the plasma pistol at the start which are two of the worst weapons in the game
to be honest the best things for flood fighting is halo 1 with the shotgun and the AS shotgun the big guys and then mop up the rest with the AS

Halo 2: No progress
Halo 3: Entire campaign on legendary, finishing with the annual achievement.

halo 2: 5 or so
halo 3: 2 or 3

Halo CE had the most fun campaign.

Let's see, I think,

Halo CE: 5 times
Halo 2: 2 times (with at least 12-15 times beating a few levels and stopping)
Halo 3: 3 times (I beat it on Normal once, then on normal again to get the skulls, and then on Ledge ( By Myself!! )

I'd have to say, the best Halo levels of all time, for me at least, were The Silent Cartographer on CE, the mission of H2 where you have to fight your way through new mombasa ending with the scarab, and lastly, The Ark, and the Covenant on H3.

Anyone care to voice your opinions on your favorite levels?

I don't have any numbers, I'd say CE, 2 and 3 in a row at least once. I had 360 probs about a year ago and all my buddie's had PS3 so i traded it for one and hadn't played for that time. Bought a 360 last week and it was like playing it all over again still got that feeling when I beat it, that I did the first time I beat any of the halo game. Gonna go get CE and 2 back sometime this week and play'em all again.

Halo CE: 15+ times, 12 of those legendary
Halo 2: 3 times, only becasue I'm not a fan of 2.
Halo 3: 6 times, 5 on legendary 1 on Mythic (never. again.)

Halo 3: about 15+ times, i helped alot of people on XBL get through legendary and get skulls/terminals


I think there should be an achievement for doing Legendary with the mythic skulls cuz I also gave that a try (also known as Mythic difficulty, can't die once or else...)

Man, the title is sooo misleading. Not what I was expecting at all

HALO (Xbox/PC): Completed it in its original format -- Xbox platform -- at least five times. After that system crapped out on me, switched over to HALO on my desktop PC. Finished that probably about ten times.

HALO 2 (Xbox): Completed it eight times. Only ever played it on the console, not on PC. Thought about getting a used copy of the PC version though, just so I can say I own it

HALO 3 (Xbox 360): Completed it maybe three times so far. Never bothered to get all the skulls, or unlock all the achievements. Since getting the second-generation console, I just haven't really put a lot of time in on it (too damn busy), lol.

see i think thats a way to make a good topic have it so that there is something else to talk about within the subject
when i get halo CE on the pc i might give you a game (and lose)

Well, I'd have to first find my copy of HALO for the PC and install on it my current computer before we could do that, lol.

As for HALO 3 on PC, if I'm not mistaken they don't have any plans on converting the third installment to that platform.
