yeah last night i bought padding for the inside of the helmet, bondo, and spatulas.
my idea for padding was to cut out foam pads then glue pillow guts to themthen glue the pillows skin over its guts and glue the foam to them helmet.

sorry for the necro of my own thread but i should have updates later today/ tomorrow if not then sometime this week. but i have a qeustion what colo paint would i have to use to make it game accurate, and would it be possible to make it look cartoony like the ODSTs in ODS steve

you probably should have used a clear coat first, since you didn't resin the outside yet...
Now your going to have a hard time sanding,and bondoing.

I have resined, bondoed, sanded, bondoed, and am currently sanding the second bondo layer now.
