Under the Location tab on the Halo Outpost Discovery Website - Halo Outpost Discovery

This is where you will find the tab for Hotels. That's going to take you to the Onpeak registration for the host hotels.

This will give you a booking for a hotel room at the convention rate.

PLEASE NOTE THOUGH THAT IT APPEARS THAT THERE IS A $30 CANCELLATION FEE NO MATTER WHEN YOU CANCEL SO PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION ABOUT CANCELLATION ETC. BEFORE YOU BOOK. THERE IS ALSO A DEADLINE OF WHEN YOU CAN CANCEL WITHOUT ALSO INCURRING A ONE NIGHTS FEE. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!!

I'm not sure if it's elsewhere or if it is identical for each location but the following appears as the Room Polices in Orlando. The link to this is at the bottom of the page but not until you've selected a hotel and you are at the page where you fill in your information.

ROOM POLICIES

TAX POLICY

Room rates are subject to applicable taxes & fees, currently 12.5% plus 1% OCCCD Fund per room per night. Subject to change without notice.

CANCEL POLICY
Cancellations made at any time will be charged a $30.00 processing fee, including no-shows. This is in addition to the hotel's cancellation policy. This charge will appear as 'Convention Services, Folsom, CA.'
Each reservation will require a credit card number to confirm the reservation. A one nights room and tax deposit is required, however, this will not be charged immediately. The deposit of one nights room and tax may be charged as early as June 14, 2019.
Should you cancel your reservation, no penalty applies if cancelled 5 business days prior to arrival. If you do not cancel your room 5 business days prior to arrival, a penalty of one nights room and tax will apply.

There have been a few questions about this so I thought I'd add it to the thread. Yes, everyone is responsible for their own accommodations. The room rates that have been organized by the convention are discounted rates.

There are also people who are looking for roomies. If you have a room available you'd like to share, or if you are in search of someone to share with, please post here with what you are looking for and which location. Everyone is on their own for arranging and vetting who they share with but hopefully this helps get the conversation started for people.
