I am Clinton from Arizona, and I'm looking forward to creating foam Halo armor! I have not been able to find any good Halo 4/5 templates to print out and use for my foam. Anybody have (non Chief or Locke) Spartan IV templates? The easier the better, as this is my first full body foam creation.

Welcome Clinton, fellow Arizonan here...Looks like Noble 10 has you pointed in the right direction. Best advice I can give you is to take your time & do your research. There is alot of info to be found here & chances are if you have a question, someone else has already asked it.

Looking forward to seeing progress, good luck on your build!

Thanks Noble 10 and NaasadTal! I have already made templates for a Halo 5 Athlon armor, but I still downloaded pep files for a Halo 4 custom Spartan.Should I do the Halo 4 Spartan since I have actual references and a 3D model of it? (I only have a few screenshots of the Athlon armor from the beta)
Halo 4 Model:
Chest- Recon
Shoulders-Recon
Forearms- ODST
Legs- ODST
Helmet- (Undecided)

Another question, since I'm going the foam route instead of the resin/ fiberglass method, do I print out the unfolded pep file and apply that to the foam or create my own templates by using that as a reference?

I think that it really depends on the file you are using. Some are strictly Resin/Fiberglass method. And some others are strictly Foam. If it is the strictly foam, you can print out the cutouts and proceed from there.

Someone here probably has asked this before. I will be in the same boat shortly... I will be moving to Foam... eventually.

Foam files are basically simplified Pep Files...you basically take the Pep files & combine several smaller pieces to make them into one bigger one. Unfortunately I have no idea how to do that.
