MegaMan X Zero Helmet Pepakura Problems

So I've been working on a full body Zero armor these last weeks. I haven't taken a modelling class yet, so I find bugs all the time. This is the finished helmet:

I haven't done a scratch unfolding before, I need to know why there are some edges that aren't being recognized by pepakura (no blue nor green edges). Could someone help?

Pepakura "eliminate" edges that are almost flat (you can configure that), that's why it is showing with less edge than on your favorit 3D modelling software.
Nothing to worry about.
 
Thank you kindly. Now, where is this option? I'm looking around but I don't find anything edge-edit related. First time I unfold ^^U
 
your normals arn't flippes all the same way! Change that and you will get rid of the red lines. (those lines don't connect to eachother)
 
Don't worry, the red lines are not my concern, They are open for a reason. The white top is apart from the red of the helmet, and the red has some faces overlaping the base of the white top cause that's where the white top will be pasted. My concern is the blue lines not showing.
