ok, i have almost every armor part made of cardboard, the only trouble is the helmet visor and finding one. also i would like to know where i could find attatchments for my leg pieces since i need the front and back and i can't fit my leg through if i just connect it together without an opening to loosen it

i would try pepakura first before styrafoam. i never have tried styrafoam before, and don't plan to. I am making a pepakura ar and armor and it really easy. but too late now...

i don't know about papakera, but card board, duct tape, and glue has always worked for me

nice ar nerf gun btw, i have one of those, but my mom won't let me take it because she thinks i will tear it up and it won't work

same with the other guy on here it's my first time and would pepakura and fiberglassing work........and how much does fiberglass cost anyways........??

and instead of making an ar i think i will try to make a br, it will take less time since i know how to melt and carve plastic with a solder tool

Uhh, just to give you a heads up, spray paint eats up styrofoam. Literally, I spraypainted a couple of styrofoam props I was building and when I got back to check on them the spraypaint had eaten away most of the props. So you might want to consider that.

I'll second that , spraypaint will destroy Styrofoam.

Also , the assault rifle is looking good , only thing I would do is shorten the clip by an inch or so , to make it more level (at an angle) the the AR.
