My Kat Build

To get back to the scale you had, you could print off one page which contains a part you already have in your build (you can use regular paper for this, no need to waste cardstock), cut out that part and compare it to the existing part until they match. Once you have it figured out, save the PDO. If you don't have the key to Pep Designer, then print off the 2D pages as a PDF, then you'll have it forever.

Uhoh.
What you could do to get super close to your original scaling is take a ruler, measure across a piece that is flat between two corners, then go into Pepakura and use that measurement tool, keep adjusting the scale until the measurement in Pep lines up with what you measure in real life.
Yeah I'll try that. Thanks Rabbit!

yeah, I definitely don't want to waste my card-stock.
Thanks so much! :)

Get a picture of yourself in the torso. When you said it was snug it reminded me of my original torso and I had to remake it to what it is now. Not saying this to put you off but while your at the pep stage it would be a lot less annoying to have to re do any work at this point, and besides you wouldn't have to do much work to size up; just add spacers ! :D

Haha unfortunately I cant take a photo of me in it because I put it together already. But I have tried it on, its not tight but I'm considering adding some length to it anyways. :)
And I agree, it would be allot more work.

Update

Here's a photo of the chest on. I added some length to both sides, I'm really glad I checked the size now instead of after its done. :)
Does it look a bit small?

Its not finished yet, as you can see.

I can't offer any help on the size but you're doing a great job at the pepping! Can definitely tell you learned a lot from the beginning of this thread to now. Great job, can't wait to see it finished!

Thank you!
I have learned allot, thanks to you guys! :)

Scaling looks pretty good from the photo you put up. Do you have a side profile shot? Reason I'm asking is because from the above pic it doesn't look like that there will be a lot of room left for undersuit details or padding. It's sometimes hard to tell from just one pic and without it actually being complete, that makes it a little difficult too just because you don't see how everything would be sitting as a whole.

Overall though, look really clean and you've done a good job. Keep up the good work.

Yes I have a photo of it from the side, I'll have it up tonight or tomorrow.
And thank you so much! :) I'm getting really excited about this build.

Here is the photo you wanted Spartan_127!
The left side isn't finished yet. And pretend that the chest in this picture is about half an inch bigger haha.

Wow! Looking good, RS! You'll be finished with your whole suit before I even finish my helmet at this rate!

Thank you Sangheilioz!
I'm really not looking forward to starting my helmet, looking at the file the pieces are super tiny, its going to be really hard. :/

Cool, I always dislike pep for that reason. You can't quite get a feel for the shape of it till its all done, can't wait to see some more of your work! :D
