Sadly the helmet was knocked of a couch on New Year’s Eve, however I am still capable of fixing it. It’ll take a while but I hope to have it fixed as fast as possible. We still have the epoxy, spray paints, and an extra visor so I’m set for repairs. The current main issue is that I need to find the proper time to fix it.
You'll have it fixed before you know it. If you can't hide the cracks, you could make them gold like Gideon's night troopers, or add weld lined like on Rex's helmet. Incorporate the damage type of thing. It is the way.
We have reattached the piece that was broken off, and I plan to try and figure out some kind of structural support in the future that properly holds the sides in place better. But for now, I’m focused on the fixes and the repaint.

I know Galactic Armory used a fiber glass resin to reinforce one of his Mandalorian helmets. You could also do UV resin instead. Just make sure to use proper protection!

The piece that broke off is now fully reattached with 2-part epoxy resin, and I recently did some sanding to try and smooth it down, so I’ll need to do some paint touch-ups soon.
