Holy crap, that is amazing! You did an incredible job getting all the details perfect, and I like the red LED, it finishes it nicely. But, isn't it a bit small?

yeah, seems to be roughly 20% too small. Amazing detail overall tho, no way I would ever be able to come close to that kind of craftmanship!

My one progress pic.

It starts as a pep. I poured fiberglass down the handle and front. I lined with wood to help give it structure and to drill screws into. Resin was poured around the wood after the wiring was done. Once everything was put together Craft foam was used to add details and smooth it out. http://www.tts-group.co.uk/Content/Files/i...egacy/TSACF.jpg

Once all of the detail is added two thin coats of resin are used to coat the foamies to soak in them and get them hard. One thicker coat of resin is used to get it nice and hard. The torque bow would now be very heavy. You grind down the indents with a dremel and sand it. paints all the parts. Get a door hinge and an antenna and put in together. Stick your friends and watch them explode.

I got a 3d file for it and had it unfolded by someone (dunno if they wanna be named). I'm gonna have it released soon.

Awesome work yet once again, I hope you'll come and hang out with us this year at AdventureCon again. We're having the e-zine special event this year there, if you come out we'll have to get a close up on some of these wicked props you got.
