NCR Ranger helmet project complete

Hi, I'm new to the forum but have been watching closely and picked up some great tips and would be happy to share some of my own. :cool

I've submitted a picture of my completed helmet, more to follow....

Looks is great shape you need to do bit more work on paint

Thanks for all the great feedback. For the paintwork I did use the sand and vaseline technique on some large parts of the helmet, but for the most part I sprayed the silver paint onto a brush and did some frantic brush strokes for the weathering. It was my first time doing it but I did a bit of experimenting before hand.
