Theres a gundam files thread on the noob forum. You might want to start your search there but this looks like one of the more unique gundams so it might not be on there. Try asking around in that thread and see if anyone has it or knows where to get it.

Looking at the pictures a little harder and I noticed that it is an attachment for the previous version shield instead of a all new shied like most MS. I can look around my files and see if I have the base. The rest you will have to scratch build.
