Okay, new problem: bicep slip management. Every time I wear my left bicep, the weight from the shoulder armor makes it slowly roll backwards. You can see this in my first pictures I posted on this thread.

My first instinct is to strap the bicep to the chest or the rigging I wear underneath the armor, but I feel like it would either be too loose and roll back, or too tight and inhibit my arm movement. My next Idea was to glue some strapping onto my shirt, but I feel like that would still roll back under the weight. I don't know how other outfits pull off these heavy shoulders I'm seeing.
