Alright

I've gotten some painting done and added weathering. Since it was my first time I really had no feel to how the weathering should work, and I ended up buying a gloss finish paint for the main color.

All I have left is the visor and padding.

Also does anyone know how to remove Vaseline from the helm. The weathering I did was to use sand an Vaseline and scrape it off after painting
It's still there and I can't get rid of it

I dunno what to say. I dont know how vaseline works at all. This is the first that I have heard of somebody using on Halo armor.

a friend of mine told me a really good way to to weathering on armor, take a gun metal color paint and put it on like a little foamy sponge. then dab and wipe the paint onto your armor in the edges mostly but you could still do it in the main parts of your armor i guess. if you are still unsure, ask meltingarmymen

awesome man, i would just use sandpaper, that works the best for weathering or the vaseline and sand trick, i saw a vid on that and it looks really good when it was finished
