im a first time sculpter/ costume maker, but im gonna hve a go at the live action odst armour, im goin for an usmc (united states marine corp) plate carrier base and using saddle leather, metal, molded plastic or abs and some nylon ammo pouches i already have, only thing i think will be really hard is the helmet! the rest seems to be a simple case of specific moulds attached to the usmc body armour, as for the upper leggins, that will be a single piece of moulded abs with possibly some metal on the inside for structural support, and some nylon straps to hold it to my legs and waist. as i have said though,. this is my first time so i would appreciate any input you might have, ill update as i go!. cheers all!
