I have a question on expanding foam.. If you use it for a reinforcement backing.. Can you vacform it? Will the vaccumn created cause the foam to collapse?

Expanding foam sucks. I've used it before... you can't vacuform it and it never forms to the way that you want it.

Then afterwards if you want to shave it to get a certain pattern or look, its hard to deal with, it gets to hard and the inside is to soft. Its Impossible. I would suggest you go with something elese. But if you are going to go with it... more power to ya. :rock:
