To all the talented people of 405th, i request a halo 3 HD rocket launcher pep file, i have spotted files here and there but the links to all of them were either removed or kaputt.
That or if someone knows of a link that still works would be greatly appreciated!

Check here. Not sure if this one was from halo 3 or Reach. Sorry Im at work and don't have a way to check for you. Also, if it helps, I've found all kinds of files just by using google and type pdo after. (Ie. Rocket Launcher pdo.)
It usually finds it. But not always.

i have a t3 astro mech droid file i got longgg time ago.not sure who originaly made it..Nintendo dude possibly...but i may be wrong..can anyone rip the arms, legs, anmd head from it? or is that a difficut thing to do? reson being i wish to ake it in sections so can attempt to articulate it, but as a solid pep 1 big object looks to be way too hard to "cut head, arms, legs off it after built. Im pretty much making this for a Halloween party. All i need is a 3DS Max file of the whole thing. However I can't find any good pictures of this suit, so best I could go off of is what's on its wiki page. I'm 5' 9-10", about 245lbs (but i hold it quite well).

I realize flexibility would be an issue to create functional armor resembling those arms... I'm still interested in the files if anyone feels like ripping them and generating pep files.

I have the 3D File for Adam Jensen. You'll have to break down the arms and glasses yourself if you want them. I just don't have time to do it atm.
