What are the best masks and filters?
Hello, necropost. I'll answer your question, but I want you to bear in mind two things:
One: The question you asked could have been answered by doing a little searching around. There are dozens of threads that could answer this for you.
Two: Try not to post in threads that have lain dormant for a few months or more. It's considered bad etiquette to revive threads like that.
To answer your question directly: a chemical respirator is the best option when working with fibreglass resin. A dust mask will not cut it when you're trying to filter out vapours from chemical reactions. Do some looking around, try and find one that's rated for organic and chemical vapours, and don't skimp. Your lungs aren't replaceable.
