Ok so whats this about being a certain rank that lets you have signatures and the ability to PM? And how do you achieve this?

Do you mean just the code or can you the images?


It seems like a bit of a pain to get up to a rank to see images in sigs, especially for long time members who need to work back up. although, for real noob's it makes sense they need to work up the rank.
