Jet packs, Single shot rifles, rolls, weird looking tanks(really think it makes the elites look funny.), Awesome looking new weapon's, Stealth kills, hand to hand combat.

On edge about the forced 3rd person view for assassinations

i don't know if that means you don't like it or are on the edge of your seat with anticipation but i doubt it is really going to be third person, it seemed more like it was the camera zooming out just to show off the animation in the vidoc, a first person view might just be left out so they don't show everything all in this video. also what you see is not from the spartan in the video, it was the first person view from the lite getting it in the back. although i just contradicted myself because it makes more sense to have it go to third person if YOU where getting assassinated and already dead meat lol.

I wouldn't put it past bungie, they do forced 3rd person view for the steal vehicle animation.

Alright, just curious, but does anyone else see the potential problem with the jetpacks? I mean, don't get me wrong, it'll add something new the the multiplayer, but I think that they have to put some heavy limitations on it to keep game play fare.

It looks to me that when one person had one, everyone did. MAybe they are for specific game types.

Maybe the jetpacks will be used in the game but they will be experimental or something so you will see them just a couple of times, but you will use them in multi player very often

Yeah. I mean, I can't wait to play with friends and stuff, but it seems like Bungie is starting to drift off the initial Halo plot. Like, all the new guns they're adding, the new spartan armour, vehicles - where did all of these things go by Halo 1?

I know they're just adding new things for the fans, but it seems like a different game, not Halo.



One thing I REALLY don't like however, are the weapons. The AR is just a mess, the BR is too different, etc.

When I saw the first trailer for this game I was not even a little bit excited for it. It looked like another boring Halo 3 story. Man did Bungie prove me wrong. Im reserving this game like now.

I'm not sure how it happened, but I was reading the article in OXM, and suddenly I somehow... like the things I didn't before!

I still prefer my MA5C over the other one any day though...



I don't really like the name they came up for those new Jackals. They call them "Skirmishers". I think everyone's just going to call them Jackals anyways
