Reach Reach Again!

Hey guys,
Around early November of 2011 I decided to start another Halo Reach build. My old suit is starting to wear down on me and I just want something to do again. I plan to finish by August of this year for FanExpo 2012. I will be adding lights to where all lights will be shown on the actual armour. Ammo Counter for the assault rifle and a couple decals for the warning, UNSC eagle and logo and emblem. I want to add an actual leather thigh attachment for things like wallet and phone and maybe extra batteries. Armour ability will also be included. My magnum will be attached to the right thigh with rails I intend to attach to both the magnum and thigh which will make it removable. Gold visor will be installed via chicago screw way which I saw on the forum a while ago. I might be adding a voice amplifier which will also work as a MP3 player which might be fun. I will be fiberglassing the armour atleast twice and then finish off with a thin coat of rondo to cover all the sharp fiberglass. I will be bondoing the outside to have a nice smooth finish. The colour will be a dark olive green through out. I have a padded undersuit ordered already. Here we go

UPDATE

I finished my other boot! Now I have 2

I've fiberglassed and rondo'd my forearms and resined and rondoed my handplates, I didn't take any photos so no picture updates on that. As soon as they look good, you'll see them!

@DH27: I posted the magnum and my assault rifle on DaFrontlineTrooper's facebook where he made a video montage on youtube.

UPDATE

I did some little paint details like the yellow and white triangles and rectangles.

I almost finished my belt piece, I still have to strap it to my undersuit.

Here's a photo of almost everything I have except biceps and shoulder pieces on.

I have fiberglassed and rondo'd my forearms and handplates but they're not picture worthy yet but very soon! When I finish the upper body of the armour, I will be starting on the thighs, knees, shins, boots and thigh attachment and then lastly my weapons! All before August 23!

Did you use a "slice file" for the M6G, or did you wing it?
Anyways, the pistol looks great! looks like a crap load of slices... that would have drove me insane!

The magnum is a sliced file, I can send it to you if you want, if you take it slowly and in steps you won't drive you to insanity. I promise haha

I finished up my shoulder attachments! I don't know if I want to add an emblem or not.
Cut some holes for the lights!

Thanks guys, wow!

I finished one forearm, I want to add some more things and tweek things but non the less, here's a photo! Now I just have to sand one more forearm and 2 handplates and do the painting and all that good stuff and I'll be done the top half. I will add a TACPAD attachment near the end because it's not 100% important to me right now

UPDATE

I'm done the upper half! All I have left is 2 thighs, 2 knee's, 2 shins, 2 boots, magnum and assault rifle to finish!

Not done, just painted, a lot more little add-ons and sanding to do:
