I am happy to see that all of us here could move you in such a way that you drew out that comic. That was great!! I love this thread and cant wait to see more!!
Guys, you're making me blush. Sttoooooooooop!!!! >//////<;;
Anyways, here's the video of me making the armor, like I promised. This is a time lapse of the entire process, start to finish, of how I made the spine piece. I compressed it into a total of about 15-ish minutes of video. There's 2 parts.
Part 1: Pattern making and cutting the foam
Part 2: Heat forming, finishing up the pieces, and glueing it all together.
**NEWS: I'm working on the patterns for the thighs right now. I should have progress on those soon. <3
Roxy that was an absolute pleasure to watch. Always loved seeing the pics of your armour updates but seeing it in 3D (so to speak) makes it all the better. This build is so good I would say that if there weren't the odd drawn on guide line here and there you wouldn't even need to paint it. Thank you for sharing the vids and you have made me realise I need to pull my finger out and get my camera fixed so I can do my tutorials too. I am sure you are hearing it at an ever increasingly embarrassing amount but DAMN girl that is one sweet suit!!!
Great stuff Roxy. I agree with Drack, it was a pleasure seeing you put the spine together. I appreciate you taking the time to do this for us. It really was informative. Now where's my duct tape? It's time to make a "manny" of my own. Keep those impressive updates coming!
Excellent tutorial thanks for sharing, now I clarifies some ideas in the field of craft foam.
Excelente tutorial gracias por compartir, ahora se me aclara algunas ideas en el campo de la goma eva.
just so you know rox, i check this thread every day for updates- the spine and belly plates blew my mind. As soon as things calm down around here a bit I'd like to come and see that bad boy in person.

Brief update. I've been working on the thighs. Here's some progress pics. The thigh pieces are not finished. I found that they're just a tad too tight. I'll finished these up tomorrow.
Wow utterly amazing work on this build. The foam work looks beautiful and Aww inspiring. Again I am just speechless this built is... EPIC and that doesn't even to it justice.
