Foam SPI Head Hunter

This is the start of my SPI S-III head hunter build. I intend to use the CQC helmet and the ODST marksman shoulder to "customize" into a headhunter. I will eventually make an SPI helmet as well and the MA5k to be an average SPI S-III as a varient but the initial build will be for a head hunter. the sizing isnt 100% accurate in the armorsmith pics but just for proof of concept. hopefully i finish this one unlike my pile of shame over int the corner.

The CQC and Sharpshooter UA are some interesting additions. Are you going to add any soft parts like pouches on over the main shell anywhere?

I'll probably add the reach thigh soft case (need to hold my wallet and phone as such). As for magazines pouches and such I haven't fully decided yet. Being able to reload the sniper would be cool at a con. You have any advice for the headhunter build?

After a very long hiatus were back at it again. On the first day I've got both feet and 1 shin done. Being the old school concept of the SPI leaves a bit that needs to be free handed or adjusted a bit, this is all I have to show after 7 hours of some trial and error. Hoping to get all the way to the thighs this weekend.

Got both shins and feet done. Unfortunately had to go people. The thighs will have to wait till later.

Outside of shaping them to the shins knees are done. On to the thighs.

And then there were thighs. Hips will mark the end of this week's progress. I went back and tweaked the thigh from the seamless version to give it more shape and detail.

Weekend round up. Got the butt plate, and cod piece/abs done. And started enough of the chest to size it. And looks like we have a winner.

Update Saturday addition. The chest is done. Only took 17ish hours for it it to be to small by half an inch so I don't have the 2nd tummy tier. But will adjust something later. And way down the road I will make another one. But for now and possibly for the Con on a mannequin the chest is fabricated. The shoulder "straps" are gonna need so much foam clay.

Been a little while for an update with all the holiday shenanigans. But I got a new printer and wanted to test it out so now the shoulders are printed. Just have to sand the poly effect. The forearms will still be foamed. Just have to fabricate the forearms, detail, do all the seam work, and print the helmet. Almost done.
