Well, naturally, we'd need some kind of Identification, whether it was a copy of our online registration form or id.

To prove membership, some sort would be needed.
Id cards can be expensive, though.

But Carstock (since most people here have some) + laminant = cheap ID. Download, print out, cut, and you're pretty much done.

Something the size of a business card wouldn't be too big when laminated.

Dog Tags work too, but the machines are about 5K. I'm not sure what the prices are for commissioning some service to do them.

i have the guy that makes the dog tags i'll redesign them and send them his way and i'll tell him that i'll order the tags for the people and only i will do it not anyone else, so we dont have anyone caliming that there with us without paying

That is a good idea. I believe one or two people should be in charge of merchandising, and one or two in charge of photoshop/art, and etc..etc.

Not if you restrict access to the template to an online form or other area within the 405th's site.

OR you submit a picture w/ membership stuff and it gets turned into the ID, made, and mailed back to you by someone w/i the 405th.
