Just a note on the forearm: I made some of the parts floating faces instead of modeling the details in because it takes only a minute to cut out a small piece of plastic or matboard and glue it on... vs folding and gluing a million tiny tabs that takes 15 times longer to do.
Next up on my list to model is a new Carter forearm attachment. It will be modeled based on my forearm but I should be able to stretch the proportions to fit the other ones that people are building.

@Altair651: Feel free to unfold it if you'd like, but if you can wait a day or two there should be at least one unfold posted. I'm working on one for myself which I should finish tomorrow, it is scaled to me and I'm on the short side (5'-6") but it would be a lot less work for you.
@Ral Partha: Thanks for that unfold! Looks nice.
@Nintendude: The red lines are just one of the settings to the display I applied in pep and can't remember what I changed. The mountain lines show as red and the valleys show as blue. The only open edges in those are the floating faces that hover over the forearm.

I have something to be added to the first page and if anyone want's to unfold it be my guess, it may not look unfoldable but it is. I plan to make it as soon as I'm all healed up and can work with resin again then mold it. Make sure when you unfold it credit StealthSP2 for the 3D Model I got it from him off the Google 3D Warehouse. Heck if someone could CNC the helmet for me I would give them a free helmet after I mold it, and I can convert the file to any other type even STL to be used for CNC.

Too late, lol!!! Just decided to unfold it the other day, and already cut one of them out... It's already shown to be quite the pep friendly gauntlet, and I fit it all onto 5 pages (for a guy whos 6'6"), so I have accomplished much for my stature (in my opinion)! Oh, and in other news, just pepped Ral Partha's unfold of Carters helmet attachement.... And I hope you dont mind Ral, but I edited your unfold to make it a bit more pep friendly. I dont expect to take any credit for my edit (no pun intended), just thought you should know.... =P

OMG Ruze! That forearm is beautiful!!!!! 
It looks very much more like the live action version of Kat! I will be tackling this baby and will be posting an unfolded version soon.

EDIT: I just found this dude on google! HE STOLE MY MODELS, RUNDOWNS, AGBATES, NIGHTSHADE, VROGY, KIRROU, SJUSSPARTAN... need I go on? I know that there isnt anything we can do about it but I can say that none of us should see one of his models and say, "hey that looks cool! I wanna put it on the 405th!" Because then you will be caught and probably shot down by the true modeler and be innocent. Keep an eye out on what you download from StealthSP2 on google.

No, OUR mods, so THEY can call up google and say "hey, this -blam- stole one of our member's hard-worked for files, that's copyright infringement, shut him down" because THEY are official, they've got the power... It's your choice, Rundown's choice, Agbates' choice, Nightshade's choice, Vrogy's choice, Kirrou's choice, SJUSSpartans choice.... It's like last year, (I read about it), the costuming wiki got hacked and viruses were put in because of some WoW nerds wanting a friggin warthog file because apparently some 405th guy stole a file from them, which would be PHYSICALLY impossible to do, and the FRIGGIN WARTHOG FILE WAS ON THE BOTTOM OF THE COSTUMING WIKI'S PAGE. So they -BLAMMED- it up for something they could have gotten in the first place by scrolling down the page. So ya, you guys go and do something about it

That is just horrible! Although I'm not a modeler, I do help to unfold some of these files and it still makes me mad when people do this stuff. I actually left a comment on "his" Kat helmet model.
Since I got a google account through something else, I was able to just sign in with my google account information.EDIT: I reported "his" so called Kat helmet model. haha
