I'm not sure if maybe the weathering is a tad too much,

However, that could just be me drooling over the helm itself... so beautiful!
 
Are you just fiber-glassing the inside then using bondo filler for the outside. IT LOOKS AMAZING THOUGH MAN. i hope mine turns out as good as yours did.

Howdy all,



So today we made some new progres on some stuff, i made a new vac table for smaller pieces like bicep and stuff so no plastic goes to waste ^^.



so far the back is 98% rdy and tomorow we wil vacform it thumbs up :p, here you got some random pics ive made today from the chest now that the paint has dried ,and a new helmet i just primed .

The shoes are resined today so tomorow it wil be bondo time .

wel i use epoxy on the outside and inside to make it strong than bondo for the detailing .

Tribal your work is very very amazing! Very smooth and great detail!! I really am loving how this is comming out, keep up the good work!



Random thought: Why do people make the flaps separate on the back instead of just attaching them right away and making it one piece?? Unless they want to hinge them or something to make them pop up.. I was curious about that, seemed would be easier to pep it and harden it all as one piece. If Im missing something please enlighten me

update time folks :p,



So like planned we did a vacform of the back , lucky for us no complications wooohooo ,

Did a fast cleanup for now tomorow il try to clean it up more and prime and paint it, the back flaps also wil be fixed tomorow.

Those vacform pulls are looking good and the paint job on the helmet looks like it came right out of the movie
 
hey everyone,



So today i cleaned up the back and chest some more and i wanted to see if they lined up nice , also the shoes i sanded a bit and primed ,

Tomorw il wil try to take a vacform from the bicep hope that wil come out smooth also the flaps need to be finished but they are like 80% done atm ,
